Federal Rowhouse, Interior

I just got back from a vacation in New Hampshire (in the far northeastern corner of the US) and was inspired to do a new floor plan!

This plan I find would be excellent for two roommates who have too much to spend on a nice house like this. A townhome version of a 2-bedroom apartment, each bedroom gets its own bath and there's a "public" bathroom downstairs.

Name: Federal Rowhouse

Type: Multi-family townhome unit; 2.0 stories + optional basement, 2 Bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms

Style: New England, Federal, Townhouse

Size (footprint): 18.5' x 32.0'

Interior area (all finished): 940 square feet

Plan Pros:
*Each bedroom has its own private bath
*Fits an extremely narrow footprint (many sports cars are longer than its 18.5 foot width!)
*Can be fitted with a basement

Plan Cons:
*Because of the width (or lack thereof), forget putting a garage in the basement and get ready to park your car on the street.
*Due to the long aspect of the plan, some rooms (namely baths and closets) are very oddly shaped.
